Business owner, Dulce Galvan, recently opened her own business, La Uvita Feliz, after working in the restaurant industry for over 18 years. The menu features traditional American cuisine including hamburgers, hot wings, shakes, as well as authentic Mexican dishes from Michoacan, Mexico such as, birria de chivo, enchiladas estilo Apatzingan, Chavindecas, and tortas.
